Studio Rental Policies

Full payment and a signed contract are due in advance to officially book your desired time.

Rental time begins promptly at the scheduled starting time and ends promptly at the scheduled ending time. Plan your rental to allow time for set up, your session, breakdown, clean up and be out the door within your rental window. Do not enter the studio before your scheduled time because another client may be renting the space.

Studio must be vacated on time, or you will be charged an overtime fee based on how much extra time was taken. This fee is set in place to protect clients who may have booked the studio after you.

Cancellations to your reservation made with less than 72 hours' notice will be charged in full. There is no fee to cancel with more than 72 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice will include a $50 rescheduling fee. There is no fee to reschedule with more than 72 hours’ notice.

Report any damages to Switch Studio as soon as possible. Significant damage outside of normal wear and tear will result in a repair fee (assessed case-by-case).

Before the end of your scheduled time, return the studio to the original condition. If you moved props or furniture, put them back where you found them. Clean up any messes and throw away trash or take it with you. If significant cleaning is required after your rental, you may be charged a cleaning fee.

No open flames, firearms, glitter, sand, paint, nails/wall pins, pets, smoking, illicit drugs, or parties.
